About the Locality Teams

The Locality Teams (East, West and Central Locations) provides assessments, reviews and support to adults with health and social care needs whose needs are such that they require longer term interventions and risk management.

The teams are also responsible for the co-ordination and case management of those adults who are at risk of abuse and require protection plans, as well as overseeing Best Interest Assessments for those adults who are deemed to be being deprived of their liberty and Court of Protection applications.
